I will provide options and strategies and other professional referrals that will help you best achieve those goals. With the way I work – closing this loan is just the beginning of our relationship – not the end.
Now I will tell you that I will be able to offer very competitive rates and fees on the loan strategies I recommend – however, I will also tell you right up front they will not be the cheapest in town. If your interest is solely in finding the cheapest quote – I’d recommend that you head out to the internet, and I will wish you good luck in your endeavors as that will mean that we are probably not a good fit for one another.
However – you must know that recent events in the real estate and mortgage industry certainly highlight the perils of choosing a lender or realtor based on price alone, rather than professionalism. But the choice is yours. As I said, we do operate a bit differently than the rest of the pack and I want to be clear about that before we get started.”
